1:1 Soul Alchemy Sesh
This is my signature transformational body and soul healing session. You will know when it is time to have this experience! All you have to do is trust.
I will guide you through a pattern of connected breath and intuitive body movement that will guide you through a deep connection to your soul, and highest self. Your body is holding ancient codes of wisdom, experiences, and truth interwoven within your fascia, muscles, and organs. As a healer and divine feminine channel, I am able to connect to congestion held in the body and facilitate deep healing and integration by transmuting dense energy into particles of light.
Your body is the only way your soul has to speak to and through you, and now is the time to listen. Together, we open the portal for divine communication to create a profound healing experience.
These sessions usually last around 90 minutes to 2 hours and can be facilitated in-person at my home studio or equally as powerful virtually.

This 1:1 package invitation is an intimate three-month journey, created in recognition of my own needs while knee-deep in my spiritual awakening and healing journey. There are many, many layers to unravel and discover. And, no matter where you are along your spiritual path, there is always a next level. With over 25 years of hands-on work with the body + 9 years working with the emotional/energetics of mind, body, and soul, I know the body. I am proud and excited to offer you this opportunity to work together on a deeper level.
This is my most personal and high-touch experience in working together.
Each session can be done in-person and/or virtual. All extended communication between sessions is typically done via text.
This package includes 3 1:1 soul alchemy sessions. Unlimited communication and energetic support between sessions and access to my transformational ‘Breathe Into Your Chakras’ course, which includes 14 healing videos. Private, curated journal prompts, guided meditations, and more, depending on where you are along your journey. If you are local to Atlanta, this package also includes access to the monthly Holy Breath Sister Circle at my home studio.
