Every month, we gather in community and ceremony at my home studio located near Atlanta. Through the Holy Breath Method—a practice of connected breath, intuitive somatic movement, sound, and shamanic elements—we create a portal for healing and expansion. By bringing our breath, body, and voices together, we deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, and something greater.

As a Divine Feminine channel, I bring this sacred energy into our circle, holding space for personal and collective healing that ripples out into the world. This energy is about connection—within, between, and beyond—and plays a powerful role in our shared journey.

The women who say “yes” to these experiences come not only to heal but to expand, explore, and connect on a deeper level. Through consistent gatherings, we nurture mind, body, and soul, growing together in love, community, and sisterhood. Each woman’s presence is an integral part of this sacred experience.
